I'm looking forward to this.

If they do something that puts customers first, they could come out of this looking like rock stars. Customer loyalty would go through the roof -- I'd buy one myself if I felt like the company had my back.

Had Steve Jobs been a bit nicer to Gizmodo, and even allowed the phone signal to stay on, possibly Gizmodo may have identified this issue before the phone was released....missed opportunity?
