Wednesday, September 5, 2012, 2:43 PM ETMotorola Mobility (GOOG) and Verizon Wireless (VZ, VOD) introduce 3 new Android phones: the Droid RAZR HD (4.7" display), the RAZR MAXX HD (similar, but with bigger battery/more storage), and the Droid M (4.3" display). None of the phones have edge-to-edge displays, as was rumored, though Motorola is boasting the RAZR HD offers almost twice the talk time of Samsung's Galaxy S III. Samsung has been rapidly taking high-end Android share from Motorola and everyone else. (live blog)

Also, I felt that the UI on WindowsPhone will be very attractive to folks bored of the same ole same ole Android/iOS stuff.
Finally, it reinforces my opinion that iPhone5 launch will be a dud since there doesn't seem to that many new and disrupting technologies available to differentiate oneself in the phone world.
I'll be surprised if anyone beats what Nokia is bringing to the table: PureView, wireless charging, real offline navigation, free music streaming, augmented reality City Lens, and the gorgeous Metro UI running a kernel compatible to the most ubiquitous desktop software in the world.
The Moto stuff seemed a lot more of the same ole same ole.
Given availability of US processors and US OS's for mobile phone, is there a US phone using both a US procesor from either Intel or Qcom and US OS from Microsoft?
