    Enbridge Energy Partners (EEP) -4.1% AH after saying it launched a public offering of 14M common units and expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2.1M units. EEP expects to use the net proceeds to fund a portion of its capital expansion projects and/or for general partnership purposes.

    After getting killed by TGP's announcement, I'm wondering if I should start taking profits on my Long positions and wait on the sidelines for re-entry after everyone gets done with their surprise "funding" moves!
