That's going to hurt here in Military City USA, with it's 5 bases and 10's of thousands of military retirees. Only one example. Add the other large military retiree centers like Florida, Arizona, etc and it adds up. Johnny / San Antonio

I was rejected a reimbusement by Express Scripts due to some of the receipts being over 12 months, but I was not informed that the time for reimbursement was changed to 12 months. My Purs record was changed to report no Medicare D, which I have with Kaiser. I was previously informed by Express Scripts that retired reservists could not make mail orders.
I called three times for reimbursement information without receiveing what I should received. A male interupted each phone call, saying, "We are not going to pay it." No explanation. Through six calls to Purs, Medicare, and Kaiser the Purs record was corrected. A supervisor gave me another mail address and said she would help get the late receipts, but that has nevere happened.
Now Express Scripts wants me to order three months supply with a $9.00 order fee. I pay only $1.00 per Literail to Kaiser and it is easier than interaction from Express Scripts.
Express Scripts has a monopoly and gives rude service. The government should quit their monopoly to maintain fair service.

I've written to Congress and complained. Haven't heard back yet. But the election looms for them.
