Thursday, September 6, 2012, 12:01 PM ETBP, Statoil (STO) and Total (TOT) reportedly are ready to buy a stake Azerbaijan's state-owned oil company Socar has in the estimated $7B construction of the Trans-Anadolu Pipeline. The three firms are Socar's partners in the Caspian Shah Deniz development, the gas from which will be exported through Trans-Anadolu to Turkey and Europe.
