Friday, September 7, 2012, 7:08 PM ETThe iPhone 5 will support 4G LTE networks in both the U.S. and international markets, sources tell the WSJ. Apple (AAPL) has been widely expected to include LTE support in its next-gen iPhone, given growing deployments from top carriers and the fact most rival devices now support LTE. Apple's move could help U.S. LTE coverage leader Verizon grab share, and increase the value of the chip content provided by iPhone suppliers Qualcomm (QCOM) and Skyworks (SWKS).
