    The iPhone 5 will support 4G LTE networks in both the U.S. and international markets, sources tell the WSJ. Apple (AAPL) has been widely expected to include LTE support in its next-gen iPhone, given growing deployments from top carriers and the fact most rival devices now support LTE. Apple's move could help U.S. LTE coverage leader Verizon grab share, and increase the value of the chip content provided by iPhone suppliers Qualcomm (QCOM) and Skyworks (SWKS).

    If they ever conclude the China Mobile deal, this stock will go wild. It's the nail in the China strategy and with 4G LTE, isn't it now compatible? Not sure about the tech issues on their network? Or I guess they could create an iPhone 5-China Version that works there. Maybe that's the "..one more thing..." on 9.12? Wish it were.

    From what I hear, China Mobile release will dovetail with Iphone 5 release as Iphone would be a worldphone supporting tdscdma technology on which Chona Mobile is on.

    If so that would be massive news, with a huge market unlocked after a painful wait. Hope you're right. Was that the only one big technical issue about the phone? I heard things about the CHL network not being compatible, even with 2G 'Edge' (garbage slow) or worse. Would a phone supporting that technology open up the tech issue and leave only the commercial?

    lol, should be an interesting patent battle between AAPL and HTC now...given HTC's LTE patent portfolio. Think I might be in the wrong business - should've gone into law!

    Lawyer market is saturated. Too much people graduating from Law Schools. don't put your kids or family there.
