Friday, September 7, 2012, 7:19 PM ETEPL Oil & Gas (EPL) says all of its rigs are fully operational throughout the Gulf of Mexico following a brief shut-down due to Hurricane Isaac, and estimates that about 45% of its operated production is back on-line. The remaining shut-in production is just waiting on various third party processing facilities to become operational again. Most of those facilities should be brought on line next week.
