    Market recap: The Dow snapped its three-day winning streak and the tech-heavy Nasdaq tumbled more than 1% as investors turned cautious ahead of the Fed's decision on QE3. Today's downward bias could remain until then, since at current levels, "the only surprise the FOMC could deliver would be to not announce further bond buying." NYSE losers led gainers seven to five.
