    Underwriters fully exercise their option to buy additional shares of Kinder Morgan (KMI) from selling stockholders, bringing the total public offering to 66.7M shares priced at $34.51 each. Separately, Kinder Morgan Management (KMR) underwriters also exercise in full their option to buy more than 1.3M common shares at $71.85 each in connection with its recent 8.8M-share public offering.
