    Chevron (CVX +0.4%) and Argentina's state-run YPF (YPF +0.4%) enter an accord to develop shale in the South American country's Vaca Muerta region, thought to be home to massive shale oil and shale gas resources. YPF is seeking funding and partners to carry out an ambitious exploration and production plan over the next five years.

    Why would any intelligent investor put money into a firm that was expropriated less than a year ago by the Government of Argentina?? Lets see what the Argentinian Government comes up with for a "Fair" compensation before any more cash is put at risk in Argentina
