    VirnetX (VHC +0.7%) has re-filed an ITC complaint against Apple (AAPL) related to its virtual private networking (VPN) patent (USPTO filing). The move, which follows an August ITC ruling backing up an administrative law judge's decision to terminate an investigation into VirnetX's complaint, had already been signaled by the company.

    I'm betting VRNG will be similar to VHC. (patent lawsuits)
    Court date is Oct.16th. On Oct.17th I'll take some winnings, or cry like a beeyotch.

    Good news. I expect more of the same from other companies that ignore patents in VHC's favor. BTW VHC has great call options. I have a large position with covered call options at 37 strike.
