Monday, September 17, 2012, 4:49 PM ETAir Products (APD) says it will increase prices for its specialty gases for North American customers, effective Oct. 1. The moves include increases of up to 10% for liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid and bulk hydrogen and liquid carbon dioxide and increases of up to 20% for liquid argon and bulk carbon monoxide. APD says the increases will offset higher operating costs and input costs.
