  • LQQK at my favorite div producer, ARR. Why no one talks of it, don't know, I have been enjoying it for a long time, along with PSEC, NLY, AGNC, CIM. Why not spread it out a little bit, and go with the best?

    Have fun, and good luck.

  • emberny,

I first bot CIM @ $4.21 in March 2011 and dollar cost averaged down to $2.85 collecting divi's ever since. Now positive (with dividends) and will stick with it. Very long ARR and GABUX as my favorite monthly's. Have many other monthly paying ETF's, CEF's, and mutual funds.

A little homework goes a long way.

  • Will stay long on CIM (average x dividends $3.530525) but will not add to it until the back accounts are filed

In the green with AGNC and IVR and just about breaking even with RSO (down 0.79%) all x dividends. Decided to spread to 5 mREITs with the inclusion of ARR.

With the Fed lowering interest rates there are some that say this could favor CIM
