She was one of the 300 analysts/bigwigs brought into a test store in Dallas to see the retailing transformation with their own eyes. Though the crowd that included Bill Ackman walked away with largely positive comments, the buzz is that the "game-changing" shops concept still faces an uphill climb to resonate with Main Street. Shares of JCP -1.4% premarket to $28.70 after taking a wild ride to above $32 late yesterday fueled by some Ron Johnson bravado.
