    The complete list of Schwab ETF fee reductions is here. Both the U.S. Broad Market (SCHB) and the U.S. Large-Cap (SCHX) ETFs - with fees reduced to 0.04% from 0.06% - are now the cheapest in the industry. Bond funds get a cut, too, including the Aggregate Bond ETF (SCHZ) to 0.05% from 0.10%. (previous)

  • Schwab's efficiency in fund management really give them an edge over other ETF's by Vanguard, Fidelity (iShares), and SPDR.

  • These funds have relatively low trade volume.

    It is not clear to me that it is efficiency, over taking a "loss" on the fee to market the funds and bump up volume.

  • SCHB from Schwab trades a average of 191,000 per day. Liquid in ever way.
