    ConocoPhillips (COP) is awarded $66M by an international arbitration panel in a dispute with Venezuela's state-controlled oil company over oil production at its former facilities in the country. Hugo Chavez has said he won't accept rulings by the global arbitration forum, so the award is little more than a moral victory - "not a needle mover."
