    Kellogg (K) enters a joint venture with Singapore-based Wilmar to help the company expand in China. The partnership will help beef up Kellogg's infrastructure in the region as it looks to market its cereal and snack products. The bigger issue: Execs see China becoming the biggest food and beverage market within five years and would like brands such as Eggo waffles and Pringles to be part of the equation.
