A government probe? A PROBE!? HA HA HA!!! I can virtually guarantee that nothing will become of it except more static and noise. Why? "Marketing Practices" is code for promoting off label usage. The indication approval for Acthar is so broad that a rep would need to be promoting it for ED and/or crabgrass. Eventually the dim-bulbs will blink their eyes and wonder how they were duped AGAIN. True, the Swoop and Scoop on stop losses will be ugly but c'est la vie. (Hint: Never margin pharma stocks.)
