    Shares of International (IP +4%) , Rock-Tenn (RKT +6%), and Packaging Corp of America (PKG +3.7%) jet higher with more support out that containerboard price hikes in the sector are sticking. Credit Suisse is out with a positive note today after Deutsche Bank did the heavy lifting last week.

    Producer costs are down and the market is soft yet producers/P&PW feel a price increase is warranted. According to P&PW the new normal is that commodity prices can't go up & down with the market. They can only go up or stay the same. Looks like the lessons learned in the mid 90's have been forgotten.
