    "Their universe is basically a 40% Treasurys universe yielding 90 bps," says Bill Gross, puzzled over why anyone would invest in AGG or BND instead of his Total Return Fund (BOND), which is not subject to such constraints. "Are these people crazy," he asks, noting $30B invested in the two competitors. "Just bring (your clients) over," he tells a group of wealth managers. "You'll be helping them out."
