Ellison pledged 139M shares worth $4.5B vs. 40M shares in 2010 and the 1.1B shares he owns.

Or.... maybe it's all a ponzi scheme whereby he's the one buying all the Oracle licenses :). After all as long as the stock value rises faster than Oracle license cost, things should be cozy. J/K guys.
