Wednesday, September 26, 2012, 4:41 PM ETViterra (VTRAF.PK) says Glencore’s (GLCNF.PK) takeover of the Canadian grain handler may not close until as late as Nov. 15 as a review by China’s Ministry of Commerce continues. A delay also would slow the completion of side deals Glencore has to sell some of Viterra's assets to Agrium (AGU) and CF Industries (CF).
