    American Capital (ACAS) announces it repurchased 11.4M shares (3.6% of shares outstanding as of June 30) in Q3. ACAS, which closed today at $11.31, bought the shares at an average price of $10.99, for a total cost of $125M. Since Q3 '11, 43.6M shares have been repurchased at an average price of $9.00. (PR)
