Under a verbal barrage from analysts, they say that customers who left during the Express Scripts impasse will continue to return at a respectable pace - even though at this point the retention rate of rivals is probably better than it estimated. As for earnings drivers, the word is that the launch of a loyalty program and the Alliance Boots partnership will reap benefits shortly. By FY16, the company sees revenue topping $130B.
