    Cigna (CI +1.3%) is a "boring homework exercise with potential for big rewards," says David Einhorn of another one of his long ideas. Fear and uncertainly surrounding Obamacare has left HMOs cheap. "Even when HMOs make less than expected, they make a lot." Why Cigna? It's higher quality and faster growing than its peers, yet trades at a discount to them.
