    The FCC is expected to ease rules mandating cable providers such as Comcast (CMCSA) and Time Warner Cable (TWC) offer rivals access to regional sports networks they own. Instead of requiring cable providers to provide access in the event satellite links are used to get the content onto cable networks, the FCC's chairman will handle enforcement on a case-by-case basis. The policy shift could be a negative for DISH, DTV, T, and VZ. (previous)

  • What a surprise....Comcast/NBC is the big winner here of an administration decision that screws the other content providers. "The policy shift COULD be negative for....."!?! Ya think?
