    Time Warner Cable (TWC), Comcast (CMCSA) and other cable TV operators may withhold non-sports programming from their rivals after the FCC allowed program-sharing requirements to expire on Friday. The change is a blow to the likes of Dish (DISH), DirecTV (DTV), Verizon (VZ) and AT&T (T), which had wanted the rule to continue. (see also)
