Tuesday, October 9, 2012, 6:52 PM ETA Chinese Commerce Ministry spokesman warns a House committee report urging U.S. companies not to use Huawei and ZTE's gear will "undermine cooperation and development" between the U.S. and China. An EU anti-dumping case against Huawei and ZTE has been delayed.
