The new facilities are located in 5 states; Texas, Arizona, Utah, Oregon and Washington State and include 867 licensed beds. The company is expecting to generate revenues of approximately $200M and EBITDA of approximately $60M from the purchase, in addition to the organic growth and expansion prospects.
