Saraiva, which currently has a market cap of $356M, is both a publisher and retailer of books (online and via physical stores). The report appears to be pressuring MercadoLibre (MELI -3.5%), which has already fallen on worries Amazon will enter Brazil. 2) The WSJ observes Amazon is struggling to make its publishing efforts a success in the face of boycotts from many booksellers.
