    "You say the [U.S. mobile] market is overly saturated. I think that’s totally wrong ... I would say in the near future three lines, four lines, five lines per capita is possible," says SoftBank CEO Masayoshi Son, showing a clear interest in boosting Sprint's (S) subscriptions for tablets and other non-phone devices. AT&T (T) and Verizon (VZ) have sought to boost non-phone subscriptions via their shared data plans, but the plans are generally costlier than the ones that preceded them. (MetroPCS) (also)

  • Maybe you can't see it but I sure can.

    Right now my wife and I account for 8 mobile lines. 2 iPhones for day to day use, 2 older, unlocked iPhones for international travel, and 1 line each in for our vehicles emergency systems.
