Monday, October 22, 2012, 4:40 AM ETDenver-based Prospect Global Resources (PGRX) signs a 10-year agreement to supply state-owned Chinese fertilizer company Sichuan Chemical with 500K tons of potash a year from 2015. At current prices, the deal is worth $2.4B. The agreement should help Prospect obtain the financing it needs to develop its potash mine in Arizona, which could hold 2.5B tons of the mineral.
