    In a letter to OshKosh (OSK -0.4%) share holders, Carl Icahn asks that they sell shares to him or vote for his slate of directors. After watching the stock languish since President and Chief Operating Officer Charlie Szews took the helm five years ago, Icahn says he's lost confidence in management and urges shareholders to join him in his proxy fight to replace the existing board, and implement a shareholder friendly business strategy – the cornerstone of which would be the spinoff of JLG.
