    Suncor Energy (SU) says its Firebag oil sands facility has reached full design capacity of nearly 120K bbl/day. It also says first oil from stage four of the project is expected by year end, about three months ahead of the original schedule, and that the project is ~10% under the current budget estimate of C$2B. SU -1.8% premarket.
