Tuesday, October 23, 2012, 3:59 PM ETSycamore (SCMR -1%) is selling its bandwidth management software business to P-E firm Marlin Equity Partners for $18.75M, and says it plans to liquidate the rest of the company, provided shareholders approve. A $2/share cash distribution has been announced - Sycamore recently made a $10/share distribution - and a buyer is sought for the company's IQstream mobile infrastructure optimization software.
