    The U.S. is not dedicated to the proposition that all are created equal when it comes to the growing broadband market. New data shows income dictates broadband adoption, something the FCC and Congress will consider when making Internet policy. A key takeaway: 94% of households earning over $100K had broadband access in 2009, compared with 35% of those making under $25K.

  • Since when is broadband access a basic right? This is why we have public libraries. The government should not be in the business of providing broadband for the poor.

    But, Gov "tinkers" with only what it wants to control; leaving their "good Samaritan" con, in rubble of "price hikes" and distorted values...

    Ask yourself where the "fairness mantra" is, when Congress investments are at stake...
