The court still has to rule on an Apple injunction request. 2) Apple says the DOJ has launched an investigation into Samsung's use of standards-essential patents. The WSJ reported over the weekend that Google is thinking of settling with the FTC over its use of standards-essential IP. (USPTO invalidation)
