Analysts who were worried about mobile's impact on Facebook's (FB +20.9%) ad sales are now touting its potential. Stifel, upgrading shares to Buy, believes Facebook's mobile revenue will go from $153M in Q3 to $247M in Q4, and total $1.6B in 2013. Citi (previous), also upgrading, notes mobile is lifting Facebook's ad prices, making it the opposite of Google in this respect.
