  • United is the WORST. This merger has been a total train wreck as I have had lost bags, cancelled flights, lied to by misinformed phone operators. I loved C but HATE UAL. I flew 3 times this month cross country with a plane that still had ashtrays in it, it was not comforting to say the least. The employees don't care either and are so over being complained to by everyone

  • I'm sorry but I doubt any aircraft has ashtrays in the seats. Ashtrays in the walls can not be removed without a recertification of the weight and balance of the aircraft. It is likely there are aircraft in any airlines fleet that includes ashtrays in bulkheads or adjacant to lavatories.
