    Wynn-win? Gaming stocks are on watch after Wynn Resorts delivered a solid Q3 and delighted investors with an $8.00-per-share dividend. Other sector names will hope their house advantage was as strong during the quarter as Wynn Resorts' casinos where Vegas slots and table games helped offset a slowing pace in Macau. Premarket: LVS +2.1%, MGM +2.8%, MPEL +2.5%, CZR +0.4%.
