Net earnings fell 38% Y/Y however, as the hospital-bed supplier booked higher expenses and reclassified its North America businesses. For FY13 the company projects earnings to be around $2.12 to $2.22 per share on revenue growth of 7% to 8%. Analysts were looking for $2.17 and 3% growth, respectively.
