    Pandora (P -11.7%) rises 3.7% AH after music execs tell CNET Apple's (AAPL) Internet radio service is far from a done deal. Though requesting more flexibility for its service than what Pandora and others can offer, Apple reportedly is pushing for a lower royalty rate, and some think its offered cut on iAd sales isn't high enough. However, studios are said to be worried a spurned Apple could join Pandora in supporting the Internet Radio Fairness Act. (Bloomberg report) (more on Apple)

    Done deal or not, Pandora is finished. When the elephant walks into the room, everybody pays attention. Every twitch and turn, even when it's sleeping, is crushing Pandora every time. Just a rumour sent the share down 14%. There will be a few more rumors before the real thing comes (may be). Can it sustain a 14% drop every time?

    Just checked Pandora's results, they are exhibiting amazing top line results, but the content expenses are keeping them down. If this internet fairness act does pass, P's earnings could skyrocket.

    No way AAPL should get a better deal than P. Radio industry should pay the same rate regardless.
