Friday, October 26, 2012, 9:51 AM ETEnbridge (ENB +0.8%) agrees to transfer C$1.2B of crude oil storage, wind power and solar power assets to Enbridge Income Fund. ENB, which holds about a nearly 20% stake in the fund, says it will receive cash proceeds of C$222M plus another C$582M in the form of term debt of the fund.
