Sunday, October 28, 2012, 9:44 PM ETHacker collective Anonymous has posted an alleged Zynga (ZNGA) transcript indicating (in imperfect English) the company plans to announce 800 new job cuts, raise capital (ed: Zynga has $1.6B in cash/investments), find a U.S. online gambling partner, and outsource game development to India. Anonymous is threatening to take down Facebook (FB) and release Zynga games to the public on Nov. 5 if it doesn't backtrack. On Tuesday, Zynga, which employs ~2,800 workers, said it would cut 5% of its workforce; its oversized R&D budget suggests more job cuts are likely.
