Reports from New Jersey power companies PSE&G, Jersey Central (FE) and Atlantic City Electric (POM) account for 2.3M; Con Ed (ED) reports 1.9M without power in NYC; add PECO (EXC) and Conn. Light & Power (NU) for another ~1M.
