    Vringo (VRNG -19.3%) is staring at big losses today - the company's trial against Google is now more than two weeks old. Several execs recently sold shares as part of a pre-established Rule 10b5-1 trading plan. SA's Steve Kim, continuing his trial coverage, notes Google filed motions yesterday requesting the dismissal of Vringo's claims, and thinks a verdict could arrive "as early as Friday or Monday, or perhaps as [late] as the middle or end of next week."

    The losses are unexplainable. 1 witness had their testimony moved from today till tomorrow. All the developments last week were positive fro Vringo. This makes no sense.

    I see VRNG going to sub 1.00 soon. That is, until Lang and his gang can come up with a new scheme. But if GOOG wins, that will put a dent in VRNG 40 million war chest. If GOOG wins, GOOG will ask and get reimbursement for lawyer fees after this travesty is over. GO GOOG!!!

    BTW, I have no position in GOOG, but I am smart enough to see this trial for what it is, classic troll behavior. VRNG/IP never intended to use their patents, only to sit back and wait for GOOG and whomever to get sucked in so they can ask for easy money, instead of doing the hard work of competing against GOOG and others. It is not over of course, but like I said, Karma is a bitch. Lets see which way the wind blows.
