    Talisman Energy (TLM -7.9%) shares are downgraded by Tudor Pickering and Scotia Capital, and BMO Capital cuts its price target to $15 from $18, after the company posted a surprise Q3 loss yesterday and a 23% drop in cash flow. "We will live within our means," CEO Hal Kvisle pledges. "We'll set capital spending budgets that can be funded by operating cash flows."

  • Does any body out there know - if Talisman is a good .long (possible 2 yr) buy, now that it has fallen off - so steeply. Since Nexen's sale is in jepordy does TLM have any near term upside ?
