Thursday, November 1, 2012, 9:38 AM ETQR Energy (QRE +0.9%) agrees to acquire oil properties located in the Ark-La-Tex area from an undisclosed private seller for $215M in cash. The properties have a current net production of ~1,400 boe/day and are 90% oil, more than 90% operated. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to distributable cash flow.
