Thursday, November 1, 2012, 2:16 PM ETTeva (TEVA +2%) discloses in a regulatory filing that the DoJ has sent an informal request for documents regarding possible violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act in Latin America. The company had already received a subpoena in July from the SEC on the matter and says it's cooperating with the government. TEVA says it's also launched a voluntary investigation into certain business practices which may have FCPA implications.
