I have never owned SLW, but there's something very strange with all this. Does it have something to do with ending relationship with Barrick? And does Barrick owe them a great deal of Silver? Conference call is at 11, and maybe we all should listen.

This company is supposedly receiving silver at way below market prices from producers of other minerals who end up with silver or silver ore as a by product. A year or so ago, the cost of their incoming silver was something way under $15 on average. If there is not another announcement about this soon, I will be looking around at management to find out where the money is going. If they are not major stakeholders in the shares, It would be then suspect that shareholders are being marginalized.

SLW makes an EBITD margin of 84% on their revenues. They have a tax rate of 2.52% !! They have virtually no debt. They have $555 million in cash on hand.

Obviously, this company is in such lousy financial shape it can only pay out 20% of the latest quarter's cash generated.

The rich get richer.
